Our Story

The city of Naples served as inspiration while creating Melanzana Bistro Pizzeria’s menu, so the delicious and famous Neapolitan pizzas could not be missed. They are prepared with a selection of ingredients and heated in a large brick oven, imported from Naples Italy, at a constant temperature of 900 degrees Fahrenheit which allows these mouthwatering creations to be ready quickly.
